Had to have both my wedding and engagement ring sized significantly and was concerned about how it would affect the settings and shape, Paul was able to take it up 3 sizes and leave it looking beautiful! So happy to be able to wear my rings again :)

We had a great experience. We purchased two wedding bands. They look great, and Paul Michaels worked closely with us to design bands that were both unique, timeless, and that worked perfectly for us. And we'll be back for all our jewelry needs going forward!

My husband and I have been working with Paul for five years and he’s played an integral part of helping us design and create many sentimental jewelry pieces, from my engagement ring to our wedding bands, and anniversary gifts. Most recently, we visited Paul and asked him to help us turn a very traditional jade necklace into something that could be worn for any occasion. Paul worked with me on the design and together with his team transformed an old necklace into a new and exciting piece of jewelry. I loved that he was able to use every piece of jade from the original red stringed necklace and custom fit the jade pieces into a new gold chain that elevated the look. What we love about Paul and his team is their dedication to creating custom jewelry that is both functional and beautiful. We can’t wait to visit again and bring another treasure home ❤️

This is my second visit with Aurem Jewelers (each trip with multiple pieces) and I have nothing but praise for this local, longtime neighborhood jeweler. The main service this time around was my engagement ring upgrade. It had become too large after weight loss and Aurem’s bench did a superb job re-sizing it, keeping the engraving and hallmarks intact, and sizing it down without sacrificing the band’s integrity or the shape of the ring. I’m so pleased with their service, communication, and quick turnaround. Paul, Billy, and Vanya are absolute pleasures to work with. I recently brought my ring in for repairs and gemstone replacement and I couldn't be happier with the results! The craftsmanship was flawless. The ring looks brand new and the gemstones are set beautifully. You cant tell what gemstones were even replaced! I was incredibly nervous to take the ring anywhere as it is fairly old but I am really glad I came here. The store itself is gorgeous, with a warm and inviting atmosphere and a stunning selection of unique jewelry that you wont find anywhere else. The staff (I apologize in advance as I am terrible with names) made the experience better! I called with questions the first time and they were able to answer everything. The owner kept me in the loop throughout the process, calling me with updates. They are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Its clear that they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you are looking for beautiful jewelry or any kind of jewelry repair, this is the place to go! If I ever have any future repairs, I will be back. Thank you for everything!

They did a great job polishing/resizing/repairing a number of sentimental pieces. Everything is as good or better than it was brand new. They also have a nice selection of unique pieces you won't find at a generic chain. Definitely worth the stop in if you're looking for vintage or custom jewelry.

Absolutely amazing service. Beautiful people with genuinely kind spirits. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable, safe, and truly well cared for. My wedding band looks brand spanking new, and you can tell they love what they do and carry themselves with integrity and pride in their work. I took my emerald engagement ring to be repaired and repolished and WOW. After 17 years of wearing it, the stone was worn and clouded. The prongs had worn too. After being re-polished , the emerald is catching light *even in the nighttime street lights*, it looks newer than new. It’s incredible! It practically glows. I cannot believe how beautiful it is. The prongs were fixed and the rest of the band polished. Also had work done on an aquamarine stone, a vintage amethyst ring, and had my wedding band resized. All of them look fantastic. I never felt pressured for anything, and always had the sense Mr. Michael was looking for what was in our best interest. Prices were very fair. Ms. Vanya was lovely. The jewelry in the shop is gorgeous in ways you don’t see else where - especially if you enjoy colored gemstones. Highly recommend this place!
